Week 4 - I lost 5.8 pounds this week for a total of 11.8 pounds. Kris is down a total of 16 pounds.
Just counting points and eating pretty much things I like. Yeah, it would be very easy to go over the "allotted" points you just have to choose wisely. For example, I would love to have something really cheesy (I love cheese) but that's not happening right now. Lean Cusine makes a really good spinach and mushroom pizza that is not too bad with a creamy alfreado topping (7 points).
