One Month Complete

It's been a great month! I've been cooking more, grocery shopping more, eating WAY healthier, and I feel a million times better! Momma and I weighed in on Saturday and we were both VERY happy with the results. I'm down another 3.6 pounds this week, for a total of 16.0 pounds for the first month!

Hubby and I celebrated our 8 year wedding anniversary yesterday and went out to dinner. I researched the restaurant, and planned ahead what I was going to eat, to help me stay on track. For the first time in my life, I ordered steamed veggies...and I ENJOYED them! Oh, and I skipped the FREE dessert. When I left, I felt SO GOOD about the choices I had made...AND I was able to enjoy my food and not feel guilty.
